Racheal Awe is an executive Business and IT leader with extensive experience in developing, executing, and sustaining corporate enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, in order to achieve long term differentiated value, strategic vision and growth.  

Racheal has held management roles in several major global corporations such as ExxonMobil, TD Bank, Sears Canada and Saks Fifth Avenue; and she is currently the Associate Vice President, Executive Integration & Office of the CEO at Canadian Tire Corporation – serving as the Chief of Staff to the President & CEO. She is also currently serving as a Board Member of Young People’s Theatre – the oldest professional theatre for young audiences in North America, and the largest of its kind in Canada 

Racheal is PMP certified, holds an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from York University and an Executive MBA degree from the prestigious Kellogg-Schulich school of business at Northwestern & York University. 

Racheal has been with her husband Anu for 18 years, and together they have a 9-year-old daughter Neriah, and a 5-year -old son Nathaniel.
