DARE Project: Website: COVID impact on York Faculty and Staff

Although this research project was conducted on a small scale, it is a part of a larger collaboration involving universities in Australia and Canada. Hence, I believe it can help spotlight disproportionate impacts of COVID-19 on different groups of people in the workforce and make visible the challenges university staff experienced over the pandemic. I hope the outcomes of this project help to raise awareness about the experiences of post-secondary staff members and motivate action in universities around the world to provide the supports and resources needed to improve the workplace environment.
