I hope my research will provide valuable insights into the factors that contribute to successful mergers and acquisitions, particularly the importance of CFO attributes and prior operations in the target country.

Project Description:

My DARE research project examined CFO attributes and the impact of prior operations in a target country on merger success. I conducted a literature review, collected and analyzed data, and collaborated closely with my supervisor to learn advanced research methodologies and frameworks.
