Daniela De Cotis is Vice President of Human Resources, TD Bank Group, and leads the Enterprise Technology Human Resources group.

Prior to joining Enterprise Technology, she provided HR Business Partner leadership for various groups including, Digital and Payments, Enterprise Data & Analytics, Machine Learning, Marketing & Corporate and Public Affairs, as well as Capital Markets. Prior to working as a HR Business Partner, she worked in a variety of Corporate HR functions, including Strategic Planning, Talent Management and other Corporate HR COEs. Daniela has also worked in TD Canada Trust Branch Banking for several years, including the flagship King & Bay location. From the front line to trading floor, she feels fortunate to have had great experiences and made long lasting friendships. When not at work, Daniela spends time with husband Michael and their 2 children, as well as volunteering time in multiple mentoring programs and not-for-profit fundraising.
