Titi is a highly motivated Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with over fifteen (15) years of progressive experience leading and developing teams. In addition to her human resources experience, she has strong business acumen supported by her senior level experiences as an operations manager. She prides herself with truly understanding the core of a business and its stakeholders needs to successfully align the business strategy with the human resources strategy. 

She is tech-savvy and inspires the use of technology in business and human resources processes. Titi enjoys volunteering her time to philanthropic causes and organizations that support education. She believes in constant individual growth and encourages ongoing learning. Titi continues to mentor and coach individuals towards reaching their goals and aspirations. 

Titi has earned the Human Resources and Management Certificate through the University of Toronto, a B.A. in Public Policy and Management from York University and her Law Clerk’s Diploma from Humber College.
