Talha's global perspective was further enriched through an academic exchange program at the University of Oxford, IMD, and INCAE Business School.

Talha's dedication to academic excellence continued with his attainment of a Master of Management (MM) degree from the UBC Sauder School of Business, where he notably secured the top position in the Capstone Business Simulation (CAPISM).

Talha completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at York University in 2018 and subsequently assumed the role of District Accountant at a prominent Waste Management company based in Toronto. His professional journey has spanned diverse regions of North America, and he has demonstrated a strong dedication to executive coaching within his alumni network. Throughout his academic tenure at York University, Talha actively engaged in internships across various organizations, accumulating a breadth of practical experience that served as a solid foundation for his transition into the professional realm post-graduation.
