John Filice has been actively involved in the Commercial Real Estate Industry since 1985. John specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial, land and investment properties in the GTA and the suburban markets. John was a charter member of C&W's Food and Beverage Practice Group and a consistent top producer with another major commercial firm for several years earning National Top 10 status on two occasions.
On two separate occasions, John was the recipient of the Mayor’s Award as the Top Industrial Broker in the City of North York. John has also qualified for Cushman & Wakefield’s President’s Round Table which recognizes sales excellence consecutively since he joined the firm in 1999. He is among the top Professionals in the Toronto West office and achieved National Top 10 honors.
John is a member of the “Top Ten" club in the Industrial and Land Division for sales excellence.
York University was a wonderful experience and I have fond memories of my University experience. It allowed me to earn a position at the Ontario Ministry of Treasury and Economics.
I also played professional soccer as a goalkeeper in Toronto and regret not playing varsity soccer at York University.
