Anthony Yacub
Economics
I had an exceptional experience at York University. I enjoyed the academic adventure and I became heavily influenced by captivating faculty members who made me think about critical questions in regard to the economy.
My York University degree has allowed me to follow my curiosity and make sense of complex problems from a different perspective. At York University's Department of Economics and its many course sections allowed me to select and specialize in courses which aligned with my interests. The rigorous core courses well-positioned me to pursue graduate studies and be introduced to the forefront research questions in the field of economics. With the computer lab within the department, I have garnered sufficient programming skills with a variety of software's which has given me in-demand skills that employers value and need.
