Asha Yusuf
Director, Urgent Care Clinic
Sociology, Bachelor of Arts (BA) 2016
My YorkU education helped me start who I am and learn more about myself. Many professors have had an impact in my career oriented mission and most importantly the school of sociology has given me the opportunity to search my inner self and act upon my dreams. I have also learned that dreams are nothing without goals and thus I have implemented my goals and made it a reality.
My advise to new students is to find themselves through education but also to dream and dream big with goals. I advise them to also remember daily, monthly and yearly goals are important throughout their education and after they graduate.
