Ezra currently works for Ontario Health as Director, Funding Unit and is responsible for the development and implementation of funding policy and innovative funding models, aimed at leveraging funding to align with overall program goals and to drive value and performance in the health care system. Previously, Ezra worked in the Ministry of Health for 18 years in various roles ranging from Health Capital, Financial Decision Support and Financial Reporting.
I completed the Community Health Leadership Program, Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto (2017) and holds a Master of Public Policy, Administration and Law, York University (2014), Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant Designation (2009) and a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies, University of Western Ontario (2004).
