I was very fortunate to study under some incredible professors in the History and Jewish Studies departments. They taught me how to think critically, develop persuasive arguments and, most importantly, communicate ideas. While these are useful skills in those two areas of studies, they are also foundational to so many professional roles and I use them everyday in my job. My liberal arts studies at York set me up to choose my professional path rather than having to follow a predetermined path and I am incredibly grateful for that.
