Work & Labour Studies
I have been working in a union environment for the past 16 years. Being on the management side, I always found it intriguing the relationship between management and the union. With a keen interest in labour issues, the Work & Labour Studies (WKLS) program was the right fit. The insights gained from completing the WKLS program really do provide me a strong understanding of our current economic paradigm of neoliberalism. I believe it has shaped my own perceptions of life and I cannot understate that importance as I navigate my own professional and career life in the years to come.
