Lucie Jeffers is an unconventional HR executive and champion of Diversity Equity & Inclusion. She is passionate in all things people, business, leadership and culture. Her expertise is helping mission-driven organizations grow and scale by building people first inclusive cultures that drive innovation, efficiency, performance and business results. Lucie is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Canada Learning Code where she leads the organizations overall business strategy. Prior to this role she was Chief People Officer.
Lucie holds a BA from York University, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from McMaster University and is currently completing a dual MBA with Queen’s and Cornell Universities.
