Currently, as Vice President of Asset Management at Realty Holdings Group, Michelle oversees complex real estate portfolios, ensuring their financial growth and long-term value creation. Her expertise lies in driving strategic business initiatives, fostering stakeholder relationships, and leading high-performing teams.

A proud York University alumna with a BA in History and Political Science, Michelle is passionate about giving back to the community and supporting the next generation of leaders. As a mentor in the Advancing YU Advancing Women program, she is dedicated to empowering young women to navigate their careers confidently, particularly in male-dominated industries. Michelle believes in the importance of mentorship to foster confidence, resilience, and career growth.
