Nadia is the Founder of EnergyXChange Group, an HR Consulting and Fractional Leadership firm. With close to 30 years of experience in HR and nearly 20 in an Executive capacity, Nadia has lead HR teams across North America in a Hybrid model with expertise in leading virtual teams. She has also lead all aspects of HR from Business Partner teams, Talent & Development, Talent & Succession Planning through to Data and Analytics and has been part of and has lead the HR workstreams for numerous acquisitions from due diligence to integration.
A certified coach who has helped countless leader achieve their goals, Nadia is known for her ability to transform HR teams so that they lead as business leaders first who happen to have an expertise in HR. She is also a former Board member who has helped shape the staffing industry.
On a personal level Nadia is married and has two daughters and two step-daughters and loves to travel.
University was a transformative experience that provided the foundation for my career. The rigorous coursework taught me critical thinking and problem-solving skills, while the diverse projects and group work refined my teamwork and communication abilities. I credit my minor in Philosophy for teaching me how to think critically. Beyond academics, university introduced me to great people, many of which reman friends today.
