Tell prospective students a bit about the work you do.

Collaborating with technology leads, experience designer, facilitators, and subject matter experts our team co creates and develops a custom experience through powerful science, experiential learning, behavioral economics, design thinking and innovation theory to unlock the creative potential required to imagine new solutions and change. We catalyze transformation via experiential engagement, and I collaborate from an Operations lens.

Tell prospective students a bit about how your studies at York helped you to get where you are today.

The variety of courses in the MPPAL program, provided a broad array of things to consider from a public sector perspective. I also found it very rewarding to be in a program with people from different career and educational backgrounds. This allowed for the opportunity to generate diverse forms of thinking that are still very influential in how my projects are approached. The MPPAL program also prepared me to use ‘out of the box’ thinking to collaborate with people fresh out of academia, and also those who have been long-term professionals, in thinking about how we might tackle societal challenges.
