At York, I benefited both from exceptional education and rich student life experience. By being actively involved on campus, I enhanced transferable skills and got practical exposure within my field of study. This served as a strong foundation for my career. As a new immigrant back then, I felt a sense of belonging at York and learned the intricacies of the Canadian culture as well.
