Patricia Farrell

Patricia Farrell is a CPA, CA with a specialist in income tax. Following positions in public accounting and the public sector, her professional experience in industry started in the field of income tax. She then transitioned to controllership and human resources roles in both large public and small private companies. Her focus subsequently shifted to education.
Patricia has a Master of Education degree and primarily instruct financial accounting courses in the faculty of LAPS at York University. She is also actively involved in the CPA Professional Education Program as a facilitator and session leader. Most recently, she is a PhD in Administration Candidate at the Schulich School of Business. Her research focuses on mandatory ethics training and the impact of mindset, as growth or fixed, on auditors' ethical decision-making behavior.
