Poyee Lin currently holds the position of Business Analyst at Entegris. In her most recent professional undertaking, she has been spearheading a project focused on implementing Substance Volume Tracking and Dangerous Goods functionalities within the SAP Environment, Health, and Safety module.

Her career journey has been multifaceted, with prior roles as an HR Director and IT Director in a mid-size company. Holding certifications as a PMP (Project Management Professional) and CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader), she has also ventured into Quality Assurance, being a certified ISO 9001 and 14001 Lead Auditor.

Poyee believes in life-long learning, and some of the Honours and Awards she has received include Academic Excellence Award (MSc | York U), Summa Cum Laude (BA | York U), Scholarship Award - Continuous Education (BA | York U), High Honours in HR Management (Post-diploma | Seneca College), Dean's Honour Roll (BCom | York U).

Beyond her professional pursuits, Poyee firmly believes in the power of knowledge sharing. She volunteered in non-profit organizations, where she utilized her HR skills to assist new immigrants with resume writing and job interviews. Moreover, she served as the annual concert chairperson for a community orchestra for two years. Leveraging her HR knowledge and project management skills, she successfully planned and executed memorable concert events.

As part of her commitment to professional development and mentorship, Poyee is actively involved as a mentor for the Human Resources Professional Association, where she contributes to the growth and guidance of aspiring HR professionals.
