Shawna Hayman is VP, Client Services at The Hive, an independently owned advertising agency in Toronto. In her role as VP, Client Services, Shawna oversees the Account Management and Project Management teams that support all of the agency's clients.

Both at The Hive and in her previous leadership roles at top ad agencies in Toronto, Shawna has led and built business for some of Canada's largest brands including OLG, McDonald's, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Air Miles. Shawna's role consists of everything from Marketing planning, website and app development, events, social media and advertising campaigns to team building and mentorship.

Shawna completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree at York University in English and Communication Studies before completing a postgraduate Masters Degree in Public Relations and Public Communications at the University of Westminster in London, UK.
