One piece of advice I would give to help new students to succeed is to develop strong work habits from the very beginning and always stay on top of your work. University can be a little overwhelming but with a little planning and organization, it can be a lot less stressful and much easier to keep up with everything going on at school as well as outside your classes.

Another piece of advice is to be persistent when seeking assistance when it comes to knowing which courses you need to take in order to complete your degree so that you are confident that you are on track with your goals. It may be difficult and stressful at times, but if you put in the time and effort, there are many helpful and caring staff who will go the extra mile to make sure you are confident in your decisions. Participating in Frosh activities is a great way to make new friends and connections.
