Tamara Campbell
Director, HR, ACCES Employment
Business Economics, Bachelor of Arts (BA) 2007
Tamara is passionate about people and data. She completed her undergraduate degree in Business Economics at York University and while working as an Analyst for an investment firm during the 2007 mortgage crisis, she was in a position to re-assess her career goals and trajectory. It was a clear decision to pursue a career in HR as her next chapter, as this field would combine her love of business, metrics and people. She went on to complete a Post-Graduate certificate in HR at George Brown College. Since that time she's had some amazing opportunities and held progressive roles, in a wide variety of organizations and industries including; Start-Up and Tech, Finance and Banking, Entertainment and most recently within the Non-Profit Sector as an HR Director with ACCES Employment. She currently works with leaders on strategy, learning and development and coaching.
Furthering her passion for coaching, she also completed a Diploma in the Art and Science of Coaching at Erickson International and is currently pursuing her Professional Coaching Certification (PCC), with the International Coaching Federation.
Tamara is a health and fitness enthusiast and in her spare time, you can find her running, biking or exploring some of Ontario's beautiful trails.
