AP/ANTH 4270 3.00 Imagined Societies: An Anthropology of Nations Without Boundaries

Utilizing a selected world wide set of examples, this course explores how minority communities within national boundaries attempt to construct their own national identities. These illustrations underwrite a full discussion of the possibility or impossibility of such minority national identities.
