Anthropology Skills Workshop

Join Niki Thorne, a York U Ph.D. Candidate, writer, researcher, and educational coordinator of award-winning Wild Archaeology on APTN for a 2-day workshop on writing for TV and film!

This two-part workshop explores writing for television and film in the context of applied anthropology. With guidance, students will develop an original television pitch proposal including a logline, synopsis, pilot treatment, and series bible.

Anthropology students are invited to actively participate in individual and group exercises.

  • Session 1: Friday October 20th, 2023
