Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Dundas Life, you will be working with our CMO to implement new content and optimize existing content for Dundas Life's website and digital channels. You will also support the graphic design and content creation for the Dundas Life blog and Youtube channel, with ~50,000 Canadians visitors per month.

Content Marketing: Support the content planning, creation, and distribution using the latest in content creation and AI tools like ChatGPT

Search Engine Optimization: Learn and apply basic principles of SEO (search engine optimization) strategies to maximize website's online visibility

Email Marketing: Create email marketing automations and flows for new leads. Help them to learn about the benefits of life insurance and Dundas Life, eventually helping them to become customers.

Analytics: Measure performance and ROI of your initiatives using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Ubersuggest and provide suggestions for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Communication skills: You have strong written and communication skills that will allow you to articulate our value proposition through your writing
  • Ability to Research: Experience in performing analytical research (e.g. analyzing competitor and internal data)
  • Hungry to Learn: You don't just study a topic, you deconstruct it, learn it inside and out and become an expert
  • Resourceful: You're resourceful and love the idea of being a critical part of a small scrappy team trying to find creative ways to take on a massive, antiquated insurance industry

Additional Assets:

Graphic Design (bonus): You have experience creating designs or video in Photoshop, Canva, or similar software
