Heavens Eleven Football Club has created an environment that provides a fun atmosphere which focuses on holistic child development – emotional, physiological, social, cultural, physical, and mental development are all aspects of our training. Consistent development of the physical capacities such as body coordination, agility, fast reaction, flexibility, and elasticity aid in each player’s progression as an athlete and their skill level within the game of soccer.

Job Description:

The students will engage in a variety of tasks that are crucial to the smooth operation and growth of our organization. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing media relations and content creation
  • Updating and maintaining our website
  • Designing promotional materials such as flyers
  • Assisting with recruitment initiatives
  • Organizing and planning events
  • Coordinating tournaments

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

1. Web Development:

– HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website maintenance and updates.

– Familiarity with CMS (Content Management Systems) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.

– Basic understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve website visibility.

2. Graphic Design:

– Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

– Ability to create visually appealing graphics and layouts for the website and social media.

3. Video Production:

– Skills in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

– Experience in filming, editing, and producing promotional videos.

4. Social Media Management:

– Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

– Ability to create, schedule, and manage content across various social media channels.

– Understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) to track performance and engagement.

Creative Skills:

1. Content Creation:

– Strong writing skills for creating engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.

– Creativity to develop innovative ideas for campaigns and promotional activities.

2. Branding:

– Understanding of brand consistency and the ability to maintain a cohesive brand image across all media and promotional materials.

Analytical Skills:

1. Data Analysis:

– Ability to analyze website and social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

– Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and user behavior.

Soft Skills:

1. Communication:

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey messages and interact with team members and stakeholders.

 

2. Project Management:

– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

– Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.

– Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in media, web development, and social media.
