For those of you embarking on a MA, PhD, or Postdoc in the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies at York University, this post is for YOU!   

LA&PS Colleges will be hosting a series of inaugural orientation events this upcoming September to help support graduate students in their academic transition.    

Depending on which orientation event you attend, you will be given opportunities to meet and interact with fellow graduate students, faculty, and staff members; all of whom are here and available to support you on your journey.    

This orientation program was planned with you in mind! It was designed to help familiarize you with the York University campus and resources, learn about strategies for success, and learn more about graduate student life from those who were once in your shoes.
