McLaughlin College

McLaughlin College is dedicated to fostering the success and well-being of first-year LA&PS students. Through the First-Year Experience (FYE) initiative, students gain access to online support and resources via the First Year Experience eClass, while the LA&PS Peer Mentor Program pairs new students with experienced peers who offer guidance and help build a sense of community. McLaughlin College strives to ensure a smooth transition into university life by connecting students with valuable resources and support, empowering them to navigate both academic and social challenges for a positive start to their university journey.

New College

The roads traveled by graduate students are often solitary ones, with so much time and energy dedicated towards the pursuit of an MA or PhD.  The initiatives and programs at New College are designed to provide graduate students with a holistic environment that includes both professional and career development opportunities along with initiatives designed to foster a sense of community amongst graduate students.  New College also works closely to support it’s Student Council in creating a space of support and community for all of the undergraduate students affiliated with the College through their academic programs.
