Sofia Mendonça is a passionate Human Resources Executive with comprehensive experience leading various areas of Human Resources, including: Talent Strategy and Management, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Change Management, HR Business Planning and Systems Implementations among others.  

Prior to joining Omnicom Media Group, she has worked at organizations such as CBC Television and Kia Canada.  

Sofia holds a Bachelors of Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies and a joint Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA from the Schulich School of Business, at York University.
