These pathway requirements show courses that are required to complete the Business Technology Major in the Bachelor of Commerce at the School of Administrative Studies (SAS). The suggested sequence considers prerequisites and is based on when the course is offered. BCom BTM major courses are listed in bold.
The courses labelled F or W should be taken in that term. The courses labelled F/W can be taken in fall or winter. Please check scheduling as some courses may be offered in only one term. There is flexibility in course selection as long prerequisites are satisfied. Please consult advising if you are not sure.

Upper-level requirement (18 credits at the 4000-level)
General education: a minimum of 21 General Education credits as follows:
- 6.00 credits in natural science (NATS)
- A 9.00 credit approved general education course in the social science or humanities categories
- A 6.00 credit approved general education course in the opposite category to the 9.00 credit course in social science or humanities already taken
Graduation requirement: students must successfully complete (pass) at least 120 credits which meet the Faculty’s degree and program requirements with a overall cumulative grade point average (OGPA) of at least 5.00 and a major grade point average of at least 5.50.
