Muslim Diasporas and the West
This course examines the experience of Muslim immigrants and refugees from the Indian subcontinent, Africa and the Middle East, with particular attention to policies and practices of the receiving country, as well as issues of ethnicity, religion, class, gender, cultural change, and equity.
