AP/EN 4072 6.0 Masculinity in American Film and Fiction

Masculinity is not a universal entity, but is instead produced by affective, discursive, social, textual and representational practices. This course seeks to universalize minoritized masculinities (those marked by race and class), as well to particularize white heterosexual masculinities.
