Anjalee Nadarajan

Anjalee Nadarajan is a PhD student in York University's English department who is studying the evolution of the novel. Her teaching interests include prose narrative and poetry, British and American literature, and the practice of writing. Prior to her studies in English literature, Anjalee completed her BA in economics and math from the University of Toronto. Although her previous studies have no relationship to her current studies, she constantly looks for interdisciplinary engagements between structures of thought and structures of culture. She also writes fiction and poetry; one of her poems received first place at the 25th annual Robbie Burns Night's poetry contest hosted by York's McLaughlin College.
