Kristine Klement
Kristine Klement holds a Ph.D. in Social and Political Thought from York University. Kristine’s teaching philosophy is grounded in critical and intersectional feminist pedagogies which inspires her approach to Introduction to Gender and Women’s Studies, Sex, Gender, and Popular Culture and the other courses she teaches in the School. Her areas of research interest include psychoanalysis and feminist theory, affect theory, aesthetics, and critical pedagogy. She is currently writing a book on representations of feminine suffering and desire in psychoanalysis, feminist politics, and aesthetics
