Identity and Inclusivity in Organization
Develops in depth awareness and understanding of workplace diversity and inclusion from various stakeholders’ perspectives. Explores advanced topics such as the role individual identity management, stigma and disclosure in the experiences of members of non-dominant groups. Examines issues of individual identity including, but not limited to, gender, race and ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ability, religion and social status. Note: This course may not be taken concurrently with AP/HRM 3450 3.00.
