Sheri Crawford wins North American Conference on British Studies’ Canadian Undergraduate Essay Prize in British Studies

Department of History congratulates Sheri Crawford, a Double Major in History and Political Science, for winning one of the ten prizes in this year’s North American Conference on British Studies’ Canadian Undergraduate Essay Prize in British Studies competition. Her essay was entitled “Debating, Damning and Defending the ‘Cat and Mouse Act’ in the House of Commons” and it was written for the seminar HIST 4420 6.0, Great Britain in the 20th century, last academic year (FW 2009-10).
