Tom Cohen was named as the inaugural winner of the LA&PS Dean’s Teaching Award for tenured faculty. This is a magnificent achievement, Tom, and confirms what we in the Department already very well know: i.e., that you are a brilliant teacher, who thinks much about pedagogy and engages students at all levels of the curriculum. There will be a formal presentation of the award at an awards ceremony at a date to be announced. In the
