In June 2018 SUNY Press will publish Immanent Frames: Postsecular Cinema between Malick and von Trier co-edited (with John Caruana) by Mark Cauchi. Professor Cauchi’s research interests include the relationship of the secular and the religious, postsecularism, and film theory. Currently he is teaching two Religious Studies courses: HUMA 1170 The Modern Age: Shapers and Definers, and HUMA 4178 The Death of God: Atheism and Modernity in the West.
