Please join me in congratulating CCY student, Katelyn Conferido, in being this year’s recipient of the LA&PS Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence, an award that recognizes the student who achieved the highest GPA on a minimum of 30 credits at the 2nd year level. What a remarkable accomplishment! We are so very proud of you, Katelyn, and the brilliant work that you do in CCY studies and beyond at York University! On top of her academic achievements, Katelyn is also a Vanier College Peer Mentor Leader. This program consists of upper-level students from Vanier-affiliated programs who are trained to assist students academically and socially. CCY students, please visit this program (and even Katelyn) to make use of resources available at York that are there to help you succeed.
Congratulations, Katelyn!
