Areas of interest: Gender and sexuality in the ancient and prehistoric world; Environmental philosophy, especially Indigenous, ecofeminism; Philosophy of Art, especially interpretation of ancient images; General areas of expertise: Continental philosophy (Nietzsche, Heidegger, Foucault, Merleau-Ponty);  Ancient Greek philosophy and culture;  The images and texts of William Blake
