AP/HUMA 4302 3.00
African, African Diaspora, and Indigenous North American Speculative and Science Fiction
This course examines African, African Diaspora, and Indigenous North American speculative and science fiction as works of art, first and foremost, but also as art that interrogates the sociopolitical, economic, literary, and ecological arrangements that structure African and Indigenous relations in the current global or post-global era, as well as in the context of climate change and the Anthropocene.
