Project Description:
This DARE project examines the impacts of work, family, and social factors on individual outcomes using the Job Demands-Resources Approach. I regularly engage in quantitative data analysis and work closely with Professor Chowhan in completing this data collection as part of a larger study.The Dean’s Award for Research Excellence (DARE) – Undergraduate enables our students to meaningfully engage in research projects supervised by LA&PS faculty members.
