DARE gave me an opportunity to work with industry experts from multiple universities. I regularly applied concepts from class that helped me gain a better understanding of econometric concepts. I enjoyed working under Professor Georgopoulos (York University), Professor Hejazi (University of Toronto) and Professor Boodoo (University of Warwick) and learning from their over 20 years of experience in the field. The insights I gained from the mentorship opportunities provided by this program is something I hope to carry forward both in my professional and personal life. As someone who loves solving complex problems, this experience challenged me in all the right ways and helped hone my critical thinking skills.
