DARE Project: A Longitudinal Examination of the Association Between Trust and Sleep Association
Program(s) of Study: Psychology, Criminology
Project Supervisor: Cary Wu

By understanding the factors that affect sleep, we can ensure that people maintain a healthy sleep schedule and provide evidence-based research to help them improve their sleep.

Project Description:

The aim of the project was to study the relationship between trust and health by analyzing another important factor, sleep. My task in this project was to review and summarize existing literature on the topic of trust, health, and sleep by writing a summary report. I also attended a research group meeting and training workshop, where I presented my proposal for this project.

The Dean’s Award for Research Excellence (DARE) – Undergraduate enables our students to meaningfully engage in research projects supervised by LA&PS faculty members. Find out more about DARE.
