Professor Regina Rini, Canada Research Chair in Philosophy of Moral and Social Cognition, was a speaker at a panel discussion on the future of Artificial Intelligence, which took place at the Toronto Reference Library on January 24. The panel, which was attended by more than 500 people, explored what it means to be human, the inherent assumptions in how we design technology, and what we can do to ensure that technology benefits us in the future.
