Gender and Participatory Budgeting

The course analyzes the public purse from the perspective of gender-responsive and participatory budgeting. Both approaches to the theory and practice of public finance are recent global civil society initiatives meant to scrutinize public budgets and to present alternatives from a social justice standpoint.
