You-Ta Chuang is a Professor of Management in the School of Administrative Studies and the School of Human Resource Management at York University. He received his Ph.D. from Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. His research focuses on issues related to sexual minorities in organizations. He has written about how Fortune 500 corporations responded to the demand for equal treatment for LGBT employees in the United States. He also worked with scholars in Taiwan and a LGBT advocacy organization to examine LGBT workplace issues in Taiwan.
