Bianca D.M. Wilson, Ph.D., is the Rabbi Zacky Senior Scholar of Public Policy at The Williams Institute. Her research focuses on system-involved LGBTQ youth, LGBTQ poverty, and health and wellbeing among LBQ women. An analysis of the ways race, gender, and gender expression intersect with queer issues and marginalization have remained core to her work in each of these domains. She earned a doctorate in Community Psychology from UIC with a minor in Statistics, Methods, and Measurement, and received postdoctoral training at the UCSF Institute for Health Policy Studies and Lesbian Health and Research Center.
