Carolane is a project manager at the Conseil québécois LGBT where she works on the project "Research and conferences on 2SLGBTQIA+ issues in homelessness". The project aims to shed light on the issues specific to sexually and gender-diverse people experiencing or at risk of homelessness by bringing together different sectors and promoting the creation of cross-sectoral partnerships to develop services dedicated to 2SLGBTQIA+ people. He is also completing his master's thesis in sociology and feminist studies at the Université du Québec à Montréal.
