Daniel is a current Ph.D. student in the Business Administration program at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, NS. He also holds an MA in Economics and is undertaking research projects in the field of human resource management (HRM) as well as in occupational health and safety (OHS). In particular, his research relates to work life balance satisfaction, and subjective well-being. His research passion stems from the intersection and relations between economics and the well-being of minority groups. Daniel’s interests include economics of minorities, social policy, programming, and statistics.
